The main goal is to give important information to all OFWs who would like to ask questions regarding the OFW e-Card as well as its benefits once acquired.

With an OFW e-CARD at hand, you can have access to several OWWA services including social benefits, professional training, welfare services, scholarship, and livelihood programs. Aside from that, this card will serve as a valid government-issued identification card that can allow transactions to be it with private institutions or government agencies.
